Sales Executive – Retail (Floating)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team on a floating schedule. You will work directly with customers, promote our perfume range and help maintain store standards.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Invite customers to the outlet, introduce the MYOP concept and demonstrate products.
- Assist customers in selecting the right perfume.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising and adherence to SOPs.
- Perform stock audits, manage stock requests to head office, validate and receive deliveries.
- Complete daily checklists and DSR reports.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Support the store manager with stock management and promotional displays.
Required profile
- Graduate or fresher with a passion for sales.
- Preferably 2 years experience in retail sales for B2C brands.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak multiple languages.
