Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the full real‑estate sales cycle in Gurugram. You will engage prospective buyers, guide them through property selection, and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end real‑estate sales process, from lead qualification to final closure.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow‑up on provided leads.
• Present and promote company projects, conduct site visits, and provide detailed property information.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead status, and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Achieve assigned sales, booking, and revenue targets.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring post‑sales support and repeat business.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in real‑estate or property sales, or a similar customer‑facing sales role.
• Strong knowledge of real‑estate sales processes, including lead conversion, site visits, negotiations, booking and closure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with buyers, investors and high‑value clients.
• Proven ability to work with sales targets, manage multiple leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred; knowledge of the Gurugram/NCR market and CRM/sales tools is a plus.
