Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on-site in Mohali, engaging with buyers and sellers to drive property transactions. You will provide detailed information on listings, pricing, and market trends while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage potential buyers and sellers, conduct property visits, and present market information.
• Prospect new clients, respond to inquiries, and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Follow up leads through calls, meetings, and site visits.
• Prepare and present proposals, support negotiations, and coordinate documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Update sales records, report on activity and targets, and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue goals.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management with active listening and clear communication.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, capable of handling objections and closing deals ethically.
• Basic understanding of real estate processes, property documentation, and local market trends in Mohali.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple leads and meet sales targets.
• Comfort with field work, property visits, and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in real estate or direct sales preferred, but motivated candidates with transferable skills are welcome.
