Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property sales for our premium real‑estate projects in Nagpur. The role involves managing qualified leads, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into confirmed bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound property inquiries from multiple marketing channels.
• Arrange personalized site visits and present project details to potential buyers.
• Convert qualified leads into bookings using effective sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and follow‑ups.
• Track the sales pipeline, keep accurate records in the CRM, and report performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in real‑estate sales, preferably high‑value properties.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Self‑motivated, professional, and target‑oriented.
