Sales Executive – Pipes & Fittings

About the role

COMET POLYPAST PVT.LTD. is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to promote its pipe and fitting products across Rajasthan. The role focuses on generating sales, expanding distributor networks, and delivering high‑quality service to clients in the plumbing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market development and expand retail and channel sales presence.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by acquiring and managing customers across assigned territories.
• Generate new leads, develop business opportunities, and conduct regular dealer meetings.
• Perform daily sales visits, report activities, and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
• Participate in promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in the pipes and fittings industry.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and build strong distributor relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ambikapur with a schedule from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
