Sales Executive – OEM & Private Label Hygiene Products

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business for NATBURY LIFECARE’s OEM and private‑label disposable hygiene products, focusing on underpads and pet training pads. Based in Silvassa, this full‑time position works closely with production, quality and logistics teams to deliver solutions to brands, distributors, retailers and healthcare organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities for OEM and private‑label contracts.
• Manage the sales pipeline, conduct meetings and product presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Collect market intelligence on customer needs and competitor activity.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and feedback to management.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer visits.

Required profile

• Proven sales, business development and negotiation experience, preferably in B2B or manufacturing environments.
• Strong relationship‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and produce data‑driven reports.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; experience in hygiene, healthcare or FMCG is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Silvassa and travel for client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience creating presentations (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office software.
