About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our new‑car sales team. The role involves selling new vehicles, building customer relationships and achieving profit targets. The successful candidate will start as soon as possible and will work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Sell new vehicles while maximising gross profit.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer CVP (Customer Value Proposition) and ensure high retention rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Minimum 2‑3 years proven experience in new‑car sales.
- Ability to work well under pressure and stay target‑driven.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
Required skills
- Good computer proficiency.
