Sales Executive – Lead Generation & Account Management

About the role

Adexmediahub is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive lead generation and manage customer relationships in Pune. The role focuses on acquiring new business, presenting digital marketing solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media and other sales channels.
• Contact prospective customers to understand their needs, requirements and pain points.
• Qualify leads and identify potential customers based on business requirements and buying intent.
• Present and explain products/services, features, benefits and pricing to prospective customers.
• Conduct sales calls, online meetings and product demonstrations.
• Handle customer questions, objections and concerns, providing appropriate solutions.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate pricing and terms and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer support and other internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service.
• Track sales activities, conversion rates and pipeline performance and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors and product developments.
