Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Karimnagar, driving new business for POWER PULSE ENERGY. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while representing the company’s power and energy solutions in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Manage the entire sales process, including client meetings, product presentations, proposal preparation, quotation, and contract negotiation.
• Maintain accurate sales records, produce forecasts, and report regularly to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
• Promote the company’s brand and energy solutions within the regional market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or customer‑facing roles, preferably in the energy, utilities or related sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities with a focus on building long‑term client relationships.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts related to power and energy products.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets and manage time effectively in a field‑based environment.
• Comfort with local travel around Karimnagar and familiarity with the regional market.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using basic CRM tools for record‑keeping and reporting.
