Sales Executive

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Work towards monthly and daily sales targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in‑store displays.
- Adhere to store SOPs, etiquette and operating hours.
- Assist the store manager with stock management and audits.
- Complete all required trainings within defined timelines.
- Invite customers to the outlet, introduce the MYOP concept and demonstrate products.
- Help customers identify the right perfume.
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
Required profile
- Graduate with up to 2 years experience in retail sales for B2C brands (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
- Strong work ethic and time‑management abilities.
