Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a retail environment. You will work closely with the store manager to maintain store standards and support customers in selecting the right perfume. The role involves direct interaction with customers, product demonstration, and supporting the overall store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and in‑store promotional displays.
• Assist the store manager with stock management, including audits, requests, and receiving.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating to the CX department when necessary.
• Complete all required trainings within the defined timelines.
• Prepare daily sales reports (DSR) and complete checklists.

Required profile

• Graduate or fresher with up to 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in B2C brands.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse in multiple languages.
• Strong work ethic, time‑management, and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible store hours and adhere to SOPs.
