Sales Executive

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads among builders, developers, contractors, and architects.
• Conduct field visits and site meetings to pitch E-DOOR's product range (doors, door frames, timber solutions).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Follow up on vendor empanelment opportunities with construction companies and real estate developers.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals in line with company targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activity (CRM/tracking sheets).
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and lead generation efforts.
• Stay updated on competitor products, market pricing, and industry trends in the door/timber segment.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or real estate-related industries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel for reporting and tracking.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits.
