Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive role at Rishikul is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Indore. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, building a sales pipeline and converting leads into long‑term customers across the group’s diverse business verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings and present product and service offerings.
• Negotiate commercial terms and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and maintain accurate sales records.
• Provide market feedback and strive to meet or exceed sales targets while upholding company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales prospecting, lead generation and pipeline management.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities with a focus on long‑term client relationships.
• Ability to understand diverse product portfolios and translate technical features into clear value propositions.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Prior B2B or B2C sales experience in sectors such as education, wellness, FMCG, logistics or manufacturing.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Indore and travel locally as required.
