Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join Teson’s growing sales function in Thane. This full‑time, on‑site position will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from the first conversation through contract signing and smooth onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in our CRM, logging every customer interaction on the same day.
• Research prospects, conduct discovery‑led meetings, and uncover underlying business problems.
• Tailor and deliver sales presentations for different customer segments, positioning Teson’s solutions effectively.
• Negotiate and close deals within the established pricing framework while meeting monthly targets.
• Act as the liaison between customers and the operations team, ensuring professional communication across email, calls, and WhatsApp.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or software.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable working daily with a CRM and managing a self‑directed schedule.
• Strong consultative discovery and business storytelling abilities.
• Resilient, disciplined, and able to handle rejection while maintaining momentum.
