Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find products, answer questions, and complete purchases while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Assist customers in locating products, answering questions about features, pricing, and availability.
• Provide product demonstrations when applicable.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Promote store products and services to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Cross‑sell and upsell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay informed about current promotions and discounts.
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Stock shelves, organize product displays, and ensure merchandise is presented attractively.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of re‑order needs.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe store environment.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work atmosphere.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management to support store operations.
