Sales Executive

About the role

Ohi is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join its Board platform team in Jaipur. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new brands and creators to closing contracts that bring them onto the Board social layer.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads through outbound outreach and inbound interest.
• Conduct product demos and tailor value propositions to each prospect’s needs.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals while meeting individual and team targets.
• Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, track performance metrics and report results.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and gather market feedback.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B, SaaS, social media or digital products.
• Proven ability to generate leads, prospect, and move opportunities through a consultative sales process.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Self‑driven, organized and comfortable working on‑site in Jaipur.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for pipeline management.
• Familiarity with sales analytics and basic productivity software.
