About the role

Kingjills Travels is seeking an enthusiastic, target‑driven Sales Executive to join its growing team. The role focuses on generating leads, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and nurturing long‑term relationships with travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for travel packages and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Follow up on leads, converting them into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of sales experience; travel industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
