Sales Executive

About the role

Venus Industries is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in the hospitality and tableware market. Based in New Delhi, you will work on‑site to identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships across domestic and international segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hotels, restaurants, catering firms and distributors.
• Manage the sales pipeline, conduct client meetings and deliver product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide market feedback and insights on customer requirements.
• Update sales reports regularly and support participation in trade fairs and industry events.
• Contribute to sales strategies aimed at revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, including prospecting and key‑account management.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience presenting products and handling objections.
• Clear spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets and sales reporting software.
• Understanding of B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, tableware, kitchenware or related manufacturing and export sectors.
• Willingness to work on‑site in New Delhi, travel for client visits and attend trade shows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
