Sales Executive

About the role

Planet Hollywood Thane City is looking for a full‑time Sales Executive to work on‑site in Thane. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing corporate and individual client relationships, and promoting the hotel’s services, events and packages.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, meetings and networking.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and coordinate site visits to close deals.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and events teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate sales records, track performance against targets and report results.
• Participate in local promotional activities to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with experience in lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Customer relationship management skills, including client servicing, retention and effective follow‑up.
• Basic understanding of hospitality, hotel operations, event packages and corporate booking processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional presentation style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
