Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will be the front‑line representative of our retail outlet, responsible for driving daily and monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will work closely with the store manager to ensure the store operates smoothly and meets brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Invite and approach customers, introducing them to the MYOP concept and product range.
• Demonstrate and present perfumes, helping customers select the right fragrance.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Develop and arrange promotional materials and in‑store displays.
• Ensure compliance with store SOPs, etiquette, and operating hours.
• Assist with stock management, including audits, requests to head office, validation and receipt of inventory.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and complete daily checklists and reports.
• Complete all required training within stipulated timelines.

Required profile

• Graduate or fresh graduate; preferably 2 years experience in retail sales with B2C brands.
• Strong communication abilities and a passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
