Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Hyderabad team. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
• Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present product/service solutions.
• Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Track sales activities in CRM and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development or customer acquisition (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM tools.
