Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team. You will be responsible for driving daily and monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast‑paced store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and daily sales targets.
• Invite and engage customers, introduce them to the brand concept, and guide them to the right product.
• Develop and arrange promotional materials and in‑store displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and adherence to SOPs and store etiquette.
• Assist the store manager with stock management, including audits, requests to head office, validation and receipt of inventory.
• Complete daily checklists, DSR reports, and all required trainings on schedule.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Graduates with up to 2 years of retail sales experience (B2C) – freshers are also welcome.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
