Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on‑site in Ghaziabad, driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships for Syndicate Innovations International Limited. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while supporting the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR markets.
• Meet prospective and existing customers to present products and solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Close deals in line with company targets and maintain accurate sales records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and post‑sale support.
• Conduct market research, participate in promotional activities, and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Comfort working towards targets, analysing sales data, and using CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on‑site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute formal education.
