About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and delivering tailored solutions. The role involves managing the full sales cycle and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, cold outreach, and digital platforms.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and demonstrate the company's products and services with a consultative sales approach.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow‑ups to successful deal closure.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build, nurture, and maintain long‑term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare professional quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional post‑sales support.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen the company's market position.
