Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive role at Kidonest is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Iritty. You will interact directly with customers, provide product information, assist with selections, and create a welcoming in‑store experience for families shopping for kidswear and baby gear.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets on a daily basis.
• Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and provide prompt assistance.
• Process billing, handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
• Perform basic inventory checks and support stock organization.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Support promotional activities and collect customer insights.
• Coordinate with store management to improve performance and service quality.

Required profile

• Strong retail sales and customer service abilities with a focus on building long‑term relationships.
• Basic merchandising and store operations knowledge, including product presentation and stock awareness.
• Effective communication skills for interacting confidently with parents, caregivers, and children.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, manage time well, and meet sales targets.
• Comfort using point‑of‑sale systems and handling cash and digital payments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in apparel, kidswear, or baby products retail is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as required.
