Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team. You will be the face of the brand, engaging customers, promoting our perfume range and ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Invite customers to the outlet, introduce the MYOP concept and demonstrate products.
• Assist customers in selecting the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards and in‑store displays.
• Conduct stock audits, place stock requests to head office and validate received inventory.
• Complete daily sales reports (DSR) and checklists.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Support the store manager with stock management and SOP compliance.

Required profile

• Graduate or fresher with a passion for sales.
• Preferably 2 years of retail sales experience with B2C brands.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak multiple languages.
• Strong work ethic, time‑management and customer‑service orientation.
