Sales Executive

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our retail team. You will be the face of the brand, engaging customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent in‑store experience.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
- Develop and set up promotional materials and in‑store displays.
- Follow store SOPs, etiquette, and timing guidelines.
- Assist the store manager with stock management and inventory audits.
- Complete all required training within set timelines.
- Invite customers to the outlet, introduce the MYOP concept, and present product ranges.
- Help customers select the right perfume and handle any complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Perform daily store cleanliness, merchandising, and checklist tasks.
Required profile
- Graduate or fresh graduate; 2 years retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and passion for sales.
- Ability to converse in multiple languages.
