Sales Executive – International Holiday Packages

About the role

Catch A Trip is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive high‑value international holiday bookings. The role focuses on consultative selling, designing bespoke itineraries, and building lasting relationships with premium clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international holiday enquiries from initial consultation to booking confirmation.
• Understand client preferences, budgets and travel goals to create customized itineraries.
• Sell FIT, luxury, honeymoon, family and bespoke international packages.
• Handle high‑net‑worth and premium clients with professionalism.
• Prepare and present detailed quotations, including hotels, activities, transfers and experiences.
• Maintain accurate lead, quotation and booking data in the CRM.
• Coordinate with operations, DMCs, hotels and travel partners for seamless execution.
• Stay updated on destination trends, visa requirements and seasonal offers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets while preserving healthy margins.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience in international holiday package sales.
• Consistent sales performance with measurable achievements.
• Experience serving HNI, premium or luxury clientele.
• Strong knowledge of European destinations, especially Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and Scandinavia.
• Familiarity with additional destinations such as the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Maldives, Dubai, Bali, Thailand and Singapore.
• Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in Hindi required.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and lead management.
