Sales Executive – Instruments Division (Delhi NCR)

About the role

Genaxy is looking for a Sales Executive to lead the growth of its focused laboratory instruments portfolio in the Delhi NCR region. The role involves owning the end‑to‑end sales cycle for priority products, building strong relationships with research labs, pharma companies and academic institutions, and delivering hands‑on product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for incubators, shakers, centrifuges, Plug & Play instruments and other priority SKUs.
• Conduct product demos, installations and basic troubleshooting to ensure customer understanding.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through regular visits to research labs, pharma firms and academic institutes.
• Manage the complete sales process: lead generation, demonstration, negotiation and closure.
• Participate in GeM and institutional tenders, ensuring compliance and timely submission.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing approvals, delivery and installation support.
• Maintain accurate sales funnel data, reporting and forecasting.

Required profile

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in laboratory instrument sales, preferably with a focus on bench‑top equipment.
• Proven track record of demo‑based selling and service support.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Target‑oriented and execution‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of bench‑top laboratory instruments such as incubators, shakers and centrifuges.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations and installations.
