About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to work in the Pothys showroom. The role involves creating and closing new opportunities by applying a consultative selling approach, engaging both walk‑in shoppers and existing customers, and driving revenue growth through proactive lead qualification and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

Greet walk‑in customers, understand their needs, and consistently exceed defined sales targets.
Identify, qualify and develop business opportunities from new prospects as well as from existing accounts, turning leads into sales.
Conduct complex negotiations with senior‑level executives, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Required profile

1–2 years of hands‑on sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive interactions.
A proactive, go‑getter attitude with confidence in selling any product or service.
