Sales Executive – Immediate Joiner Preferred

GrowthX Estates is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its real‑estate team in Gurugram. The role focuses on engaging potential buyers, understanding their property needs, and converting leads into successful sales. Candidates should be target‑driven and eager to build a career in property sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, follow‑ups and other sales activities.
• Understand client requirements, preferences and budgets.
• Provide professional property consultations and answer inquiries.
• Explain project specifications, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and assist clients through booking and closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups and client interactions.
• Stay updated on Gurgaon real‑estate projects and market trends.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in real‑estate sales (residential or commercial preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and client‑handling abilities.
• Positive, target‑driven attitude and self‑motivation.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
