About the role
Cedar Home Store is seeking enthusiastic freshers to join its sales team in Parambayam, Aluva. The role involves assisting customers in the showroom, understanding their furniture needs, and supporting the complete sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers via calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and deliveries.
- Maintain product knowledge and showroom standards.
Required profile
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Customer‑focused and target‑oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Preferable proficiency in Malayalam and English.
