Sales Executive for Saudi

About the role

Pacific Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to develop and manage its business in the Saudi Arabian market from a remote position in India. The role involves identifying prospects, generating leads, handling the full sales cycle, and delivering excellent customer service from inquiry through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
• Generate leads through online research, databases, social media, referrals and networking, maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Communicate with clients via email, WhatsApp, phone and online meetings, understand requirements and propose suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and related documents; track leads and update CRM.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms where required and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate with purchase, logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor delivery schedules, resolve issues proactively and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and produce regular sales and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and online communication tools.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Preferred: experience dealing with GCC or Saudi Arabian customers.
• Preferred: knowledge of sales documentation and export/trading processes.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
