Sales Executive – EdTech (Hyderabad)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target‑driven Sales Executives to join our growing sales team at Frontlines EduTech Private Limited. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining our EdTech programmes and converting leads into enrollments. Candidates who can work under pressure and handle high call volumes will excel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients to support business growth.
• Make 150+ outbound cold calls per day to prospective customers.
• Present and explain EdTech products and services.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Required profile

• Experience in telesales, EdTech, IndiaMART sales or BPO (preferred).
• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Willingness to work from the office in Hyderabad.
• Laptop is mandatory from the candidate’s side.
