About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in West Bengal. The role focuses on driving sales growth through direct efforts, engaging B2B and B2C clients, and generating leads to expand the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a direct sales or inside sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
