About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities in the CRM and BPO sector. The role involves generating leads, presenting solutions, and closing sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound lead follow‑up.
- Understand customer needs, pitch products, send proposals and schedule appointments.
- Maintain and expand a prospect database within the assigned territory.
- Perform online demos, handle customer queries via phone and email, and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Track daily and weekly sales activities and report progress professionally.
Required profile
- Graduate (any discipline) or MBA – Marketing.
- 0‑2 years of experience in marketing or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation and convincing skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
