Sales Executive – Business Broadband & Digital Solutions

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on‑site in Kozhikode, driving revenue for broadband, telephone line and digital products aimed at business customers. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling and tele‑calling.
• Generate, qualify and follow up on leads, converting them into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and promote appropriate company products and services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and address their queries and concerns.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses of achievements, opportunities and performance against KPIs.
• Stay informed about market developments and assess new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in telecom or digital services.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Residence in or near Kozhikode (Calicut).
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service.
