Sales Executive – Boutique Wellness Resort

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive corporate, leisure and group business for our boutique wellness resort, focusing on revenue growth and long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage corporate, leisure, and group business for the resort.
• Prospect new clients, conduct sales calls and property visits, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and collaborate with revenue management and operations teams.
• Represent the resort at trade shows, networking events, and familiarisation trips.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or resort sales, account management, or hospitality business development.
• Strong relationship‑building and client servicing skills with ability to manage corporate, leisure, and group accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Competence in using CRM or sales management tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic reporting and forecasting techniques.
