Sales Executive – B2B Sales & Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and business development for our eco‑friendly packaging solutions. The role combines office work with field visits to generate leads, manage client relationships and expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage B2B sales leads, develop new clients such as cafés, restaurants, caterers, retailers and distributors.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations and demonstrations, follow up on inquiries, quotations and order closures to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, coordinate order processing and provide timely support.
• Identify new market opportunities through field visits, gather customer feedback and market insights.

Required profile

• Comfortable with regular field visits and outdoor sales activities, willing to travel for client meetings.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to independently manage distributor and customer visits.
• Energetic, confident and execution‑focused personality.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business).
