Sales Executive – B2B & Digital Sales (Hyderabad)

About the role

We are a growing pole manufacturing company based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, expanding our regional support team in Hyderabad, Pakistan. As a Sales Executive you will be the primary sales link between our UAE clients and the head office, using VoIP and digital channels to generate and close B2B deals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to potential contractors and project managers in the UAE.
• Handle inbound calls and emails, provide product information, prepare quotations and close sales.
• Manage online inquiries, maintain accurate records in the CRM/database and track daily sales progress.
• Coordinate with the factory and head office to verify stock, process orders and update delivery timelines.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with international clients through timely follow‑ups and excellent service.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to work independently with a remote head office.
• Proven experience in telesales, online sales or international customer support, preferably in manufacturing or construction.

Required skills

• VoIP system usage for international calling.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and email management.
• Experience with CRM/database entry and basic data‑entry tasks.
• Internet research for lead generation.
