Sales Executive – B2B Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and result‑oriented Sales Executive to accelerate business growth by identifying new B2B clients, building strong relationships, and generating revenue across the media and entertainment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Good client relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and proactive approach.
• Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is a plus, especially in media sales, advertising, digital media, content, or OTT.
