About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join an automotive dealership in Bangalore. The role focuses on engaging walk‑in customers, showcasing motorcycle models, coordinating test rides and driving showroom sales.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk‑in customers professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable motorcycle models.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers and financing options.
• Coordinate and supervise test rides while ensuring safety.
• Generate and manage prospective leads and follow up via phone and email.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly showroom sales targets.
• Record customer interactions and follow‑ups accurately.

Required profile

• Graduate with 0–1 year of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
• Freshers with strong communication and customer‑handling abilities are welcome.
• Passion for motorcycles and basic knowledge of two‑wheelers.
• Target‑oriented and comfortable working in a showroom environment.
• Available to join immediately or within 15 days.

Required skills
