Sales Executive – Automotive Detailing Solutions

About the role

REDTRONIC LLP is expanding its automotive detailing and paint‑protection network across India. We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to generate new business, nurture existing accounts, and promote our professional car‑care solutions in the Delhi territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Visit potential customers – distributors, retailers, workshops, detailing centres and other automotive businesses.
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals and other sales channels.
• Present and promote company products, understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow‑up.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Ensure professional product presentation and uphold the company image.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in automotive, car detailing or related industries is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation, convincing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field activities.
• Valid driving licence.
