Sales Director – Diagnostics & Medical Devices

About the role

Arni Medica Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale its Diagnostics (FIA / CLIA / IVD / POCT) and Medical Devices business across India. This leadership position drives national revenue growth, channel expansion, and high‑performance sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute national sales strategy for Diagnostics and Medical Devices.
• Build annual operating plans, revenue forecasts, and territory strategies.
• Identify new markets, key accounts, and growth opportunities.
• Appoint, manage, and scale distributor/channel partner networks.
• Drive hospital, lab chain, and institutional partnerships.
• Recruit, train, and mentor regional sales managers and field teams.
• Set KPIs, targets, incentive structures, and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead product launches and support scientific meetings and customer engagement programs.
• Ensure CRM discipline, pipeline management, and accurate reporting.

Required profile

• 10+ years experience in Diagnostics/IVD/Medical Devices sales, with 4–5 years in leadership.
• Proven success scaling national sales or large regional teams.
• Strong exposure to FIA, CLIA, Rapid, POCT platforms (preferred).
• Existing relationships with diagnostic labs, hospital chains, or distributors (a plus).
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and people leadership skills.
• Comfortable with aggressive targets and extensive travel.
