Sales Development Specialist

About the role

As a Sales Development Specialist you will be the first human voice a customer hears when they reach out to Natura X. You will engage with people experiencing skin conditions, listen to their concerns, and guide them toward the brand’s holistic, Ayurvedic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and chat, providing empathetic support.
• Understand each customer’s skin issues and recommend appropriate Natura X products or doctor consultations.
• Qualify genuine leads and hand them over to medical professionals for further care.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the company CRM and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Deliver a warm, trustworthy experience that builds confidence in the brand.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer support, or BPO, preferably in D2C, healthcare or wellness.
• Fluent in English and Malayalam; Tamil or Kannada is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a genuine empathy for customers dealing with skin conditions.
• Ability to work in an office environment in Calicut/Kozhikode.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for lead tracking and follow‑up.
