Sales Development Representative – US Voice Process

About the role

You will work from a prepared call list, contacting companies to find the decision‑maker for software purchases and schedule a thirty‑minute meeting with our Field CTO or a subject‑matter expert. The technical discussion takes place in that meeting; you focus on qualification and appointment setting.

Key responsibilities

• Make 120‑150 outbound calls per shift using our dialer and provided list.
• Identify decision‑makers for software solutions and book 30‑minute meetings with the Field CTO or experts.
• Validate each lead against a four‑point checklist and only book high‑quality meetings.
• Confirm appointments via email and phone, ensuring attendance.
• Enter call results in the CRM on the same day and review recorded calls weekly with the Team Lead.
• Follow US Do‑Not‑Call rules, permitted calling hours and call‑recording disclosures.

Required profile

• Clear spoken English easily understood by an American listener; accent is not required.
• Willingness to work 5:30 PM – 1:00 AM IST, Monday‑Friday, from the Kovilpatti office.
• Ability to handle frequent rejection and maintain call cadence.
• Comfort with daily metrics on calls made, conversations held and meetings booked.
• Any degree or equivalent work experience; academic record is not considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a web browser, spreadsheets and a CRM system.
• Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar auto‑dialer platforms.
• Basic understanding of business software and B2B sales processes.
• Ability to write concise follow‑up emails in English.
