Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Agara is looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate and nurture leads for its Voice AI solutions. The role is fully remote and focuses on the North American market, requiring flexible hours to align with US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and nurture new leads from marketing campaigns and outbound outreach.
• Research industries, identify prospects, personas, and stakeholders.
• Contact potential prospects via cold calls and emails across global markets.
• Present Agara’s Voice AI solutions and articulate benefits, case studies, and KPIs.
• Build trusting relationships throughout the prospecting cycle.
• Research industry trends and uncover new business opportunities.
• Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and the sales team.
• Report pipeline status and results to the sales organization.
• Manage multiple threads across geographies and time zones.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM with leads and activities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in B2B/enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience selling to North American markets.
• Ability and willingness to work US time zones (e.g., 6 pm‑2 am).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
