Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Kozhikode. In this role you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, helping them discover how Mailercloud’s email marketing platform can boost their business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media and other outreach channels.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and assessing fit with Mailercloud’s solutions.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations for potential customers.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns to educate and engage prospects.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos with Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to confidently conduct product demos and sales conversations.
• High energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM and familiarity with sales automation tools.
