Sales Coordinator - Automotive Interior

About the role

The Sales Coordinator for Automotive Interior will support the ContiTech business unit in Pune by managing internal acquisition processes, trial orders, and customer account administration. The role bridges the sales, project, and finance teams to ensure smooth order handling, compliance with quality standards, and effective communication with external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and execute internal acquisition processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, pricing, warranty, and payment terms.
• Enter purchase orders in SAP and archive acquisition documents accurately.
• Manage trial and pre‑serial orders, supporting the project team during serial implementation and change management.
• Assist the Key Account Manager with sales planning, budgeting, forecasting, business‑plan creation, and claim management.
• Oversee customer financials, including payment terms, credit limits, and overdue monitoring.
• Collect market and competitor information, maintaining strong business‑partner relationships and representing Continental as the voice of the customer.

Required profile

• Degree in technical, scientific, or business studies or a comparable qualification.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in sales or supply‑chain management, with international project‑management exposure.
• Fluent English communication skills.
