Sales & Business Development Project Manager (OE)

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a dynamic professional to lead Original Equipment (OE) sales, drive business development, and manage key projects in Pune. You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to expand Bosch's automotive portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure OE sales opportunities across diesel and alternative powertrain segments.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships to grow Bosch’s market presence.
• Lead project planning, risk assessment, and execution while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with PPAP and APQP processes.
• Utilize SAP and other tools for order processing, forecasting, and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Production or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in automotive sales or project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of German is desirable.
